REPPP(이하 "서비스")는 운동 종목·세트·무게 등을 기록하고 통계로 확인할 수 있는 개인용 운동 기록 앱이에요. 본 약관은 서비스 이용과 관련한 이용자와 운영자 간의 권리·의무를 정해요.
1. Overview — REPPP ("the Service") is a personal workout-logging app for recording exercises, sets, and weight, and reviewing them as statistics. These terms define the rights and obligations between you and the operator regarding use of the Service.
서비스는 Apple 또는 카카오 계정으로 로그인해요. 별도의 아이디·비밀번호는 만들지 않으며, 로그인 정보의 보안은 해당 플랫폼(Apple·카카오)의 정책을 따라요. 본인 계정을 타인에게 양도하거나 공유할 수 없어요.
2. Accounts — You sign in with your Apple or Kakao account. The Service does not create a separate ID/password — the security of your sign-in is governed by that platform (Apple or Kakao). You may not transfer or share your account with others.
타인의 계정을 도용하는 행위, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위, 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위는 금지돼요.
3. Prohibited Conduct — You may not use another person’s account, interfere with the operation of the Service, or register false information.
서비스에서 제공하는 무게 처방·통계 등은 참고용 정보이며, 실제 운동 수행에 따른 부상 등 결과에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않아요. 운동은 본인의 신체 상태에 맞게 진행해주세요.
4. Disclaimer — Weight recommendations and statistics provided by the Service are for reference only. The operator is not liable for injuries or other outcomes resulting from your workouts. Please train according to your own physical condition.
이용자가 입력한 운동 기록의 저장·처리 방식은 개인정보 처리방침을 따라요.
5. Data — How your workout data is stored and processed is governed by the Privacy Policy.
서비스 개선을 위해 약관 내용이 변경될 수 있고, 변경 시 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내해요.
6. Changes to These Terms — These terms may change as the Service is improved, and any changes will be announced within the app.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석돼요.
7. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
